Robyn Dunlop

I’m a writer, grounded by and attached to my lovely family.

I’m currently working on a PhD at the University of Newcastle, researching histories of community and mental health in the second half of the twentieth century, supervised by Professor Catharine Coleborne and Dr Elizabeth Roberts-Petersen. This extends my previous work as an institutional historian, and in the community sector, and builds on an earlier doctorate on representing traumatic pasts.

I love that feeling when you find something unexpectedly.
